Post Easter, we had a bit of fun with our leftover Easter eggs and moldyfundotcom's custard cream biscuit cake mould. We hacked our banana bread mix to create a delicious biscuit/cake - the fun and delicious factor did not disappoint!
Instead of custard cream, we filled ours with cream cheese filling to complement our banana bread biscuit cake.

Spoil yourself or someone you love with our chocolatey yummy praline banana bread cake. The crunchy surprise in the middle really makes this one very special dessert and it's not just for Valentine's Day. This is the only time we'll let you call banana bread a cake!
Here's a quick hack to turning your leftover vegan banana bread into a warming delicious dessert.
We defrosted our frozen slices of vegan banana bread in the microwave for 2 minutes so it was easy to cut and ready to go to make our Bread & Butter Pudding. Don't look further for a dreamy creamy vegan custard, this is the real deal!
I love the smell and taste of ginger, it just sings Christmas! Especially with all the added spices, gingers are the perfect dunker with a good cup of tea! I've added my twist of course and used up that one over-ripe banana that you may have in your fruit bowl. If you don't have a banana, you can omit and still make your biscuits which will be just as yummy.
We're getting creative with our banana bread and turning this one into a Vanilla Cinnamon Banana Bread Crumble as part of our #hackthemix series. Delicious on its own served with a warm cup of tea or coffee or dolloped with custard or yoghurt. The choice is yours and you won't regret it!
Gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar free fluffy American style pancakes. You can swap out alternatives for flour, milk and eggs if you wish and I always add a twist of cinnamon to give my recipes a comforting spice that reminds me of homemade banana bread. You only need one over-ripe banana for this one!
P E E L I N G the heat?! These banana popsicles are not only a great ice cream alternative for adults but ideal for kids and babies too. I used palm free & no added salt peanut butter.
