We defrosted our frozen slices of vegan banana bread in the microwave for 2 minutes so it was easy to cut and ready to go to make our Bread & Butter Pudding. Don't look further for a dreamy creamy vegan custard, this is the real deal!
I love the smell and taste of ginger, it just sings Christmas! Especially with all the added spices, gingers are the perfect dunker with a good cup of tea! I've added my twist of course and used up that one over-ripe banana that you may have in your fruit bowl. If you don't have a banana, you can omit and still make your biscuits which will be just as yummy.
